Artists Story

Born in 1927, Juliette Greco frequent the artists’ quarter in Saint-Germain-des-Prés where she worked alongside Sartre, Simone, Boris Vian and Miles Davis and others. Her dark beauty and impudence seduce the circle of intellectuels. In 1950, Jacques Canetti produced her first record and makes her do concerts around the world. Through a very demanding looking for good songs, Juliette Greco has often been the first performer of young songwriters. Even today, she still go on stage and recently released a CD devoted to Jacques Brel.
