Bio de l’artiste<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Born in 1920, Boris Vian (aka Vernon Sullivan for its most sulphurous pounds) joined the Central School in 1939 and became an engineer in 1942. In 1954, he began singing in the Trois Baudets theater and will know a great success with his books and songs. Trumpeter, composer, performer, jazz journalist and surrealist genius writer, he launched the first rock songs in French with Michel Legrand, Henri Salvador and Jacques Canetti. He died of heart disease June 23, 1959, during the private screening of \u201cJ\u2019irais cracher sur vos tombes\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

La Bande \u00e0 Bonnot<\/h2>\n

Paris 1954,\u00a0 Henri-Fran\u00e7ois Rey<\/strong> writes La Bande \u00e0 Bonnot<\/strong>.\u00a0He asks Boris Vian<\/strong> to write its songs. Hardly installed, the show, played at Th\u00e9\u00e2tre du Quartier Latin,\u00a0is removed from the display, probably because of censorship. The musical scores are lost.<\/p>\n

Ursula <\/b>Vian-<\/b>Kubler <\/b>found the manuscripts of Boris’<\/strong> songs. In 1971, under the leadership of Jacques Canetti<\/strong>, the work is set\u00a0to music by Louis Bessi\u00e8res<\/strong>\u00a0in a “Three penny Opera”\u00a0way .
\n<\/b><\/p>\n

In 1971, Jacques Canetti<\/strong> record these songs with Yves Robert, Judith Magre, Kim Ibarra, Maurice Barrier, Lucienne Vernay, Pierre Jamet and C\u00e9cile Vassort<\/strong>. A gem that has no age!<\/p>\n

As a bonus, two songs whose texts have been outlined for the original show : “La java des chaussettes \u00e0 clou” by Jacques Higelin<\/strong> and “L’anguille” by Magali No\u00ebl<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
